  6. gstyzzer12 Says:

Drop C is Down One Whole Step, then you would tune your lowest string to match the fourth string.

  7. cineman01 Says:

Actually that is a variation of open D, it is more traditionally played as DADF#AD

  8. eroticblack Says:

well im a student at GIT in hollywood cali, and they’ve taught me more there in one day then online shit ever has. However i’ve played for 5 years, and I’m advancing my theory into a very complex musical language. Which online lessons can’t do for you. Also, it’s better to get a teacher even if u aren’t in music school like myself, bcause chances are if u have a good teacher u can get to know people in the music industry and get gigs easier with good connections. Trust me on this.

  16. Tommyr Says:

Online lessons are FINE. A very good value IMHO. At $35-$40 for a half hour personal lesson I can pay for a whole month online AND watch them over and over and over and…….AND get email answers, diagrams, charts, etc. I payed for 4 months online at Nextlevel. Well worth it IMHO. Justine Sandercoe is awesome as well.

  17. jfbrown42 Says:

How much it costs depends on where you live. Around Boston it costs $90 or so. It’s well worth it though.

  18. DarkManS32 Says:

    Of course.

  19. c2dhollaa Says:

would this work for an acoustic guitar aswell or no

  20. ohyemino Says:

Thank You so much !! :D

  21. goldenflake7 Says:

…and all this time I thought you were “Tim Gilbert”

  22. Shredthemstrings4388 Says:

online lessons are bad in my opinion, well if u want to advance your musical knowledge in theory anyways. I suggest getting a personal teacher, so u can ask questions and see things in whatever way u need them explained to you because different people have different ways of viewing things.

  23. RoadRunnerDrummerJD Says:

    Okay mate, fair enough.

Hope things are going well and keep rocking:D

  24. CandBvids Says:

    nope, clapton started at 16

  25. WildChild7Rocks Says:

Thank you. That is a good ideal I never knew how much it would cost. I’ll look around for a shop around here. I should be getting a new guitar later this year but I want to work on the one I have also.

    Thanks again.
